微扰Burgers-KdV方程的孤子解

对于一个其耗散项可看作微扰的Burgers-KdV(B-KdV)方程u_t+uu_x+βu_xxx=εu_xx,|ε|?1,考虑一级近似和行波情形,建立一套求通解的直接扰动方法,利用零级方程的单孤子解,获得一级方程的孤子型通解,它包含任意多个不同的孤子解,每个孤子解分别描述一个位于半无限空间的孤子阵列,分析表明,耗散使得“亮孤子”变矮变窄,“暗孤子”变浅变窄. 关键词：     

Re_2(edt)_4的电子结构和电子吸收光谱的从头算研究

用密度泛函理论中的B3LYP/CEP-4G方法对Re2（edt）4进行了结构优化和自然键轨道计算,并用单电子激发组态相互作用方法（CIS）计算了Re2（edt）4的分子轨道和激发态。结果表明Re-Re之间不存在明显的三重键,进而很好地解释了Re2（edt）4分子的电子吸收光谱。

纳米NaYF4:Yb,Ho上转换荧光粉的合成及其性质研究

以EDTA为螯合剂,采用络合共沉淀法合成了纳米级镱、钬共掺杂的氟化钇钠上转换荧光材料.所合成的纳米材料颗粒均匀,分散性好.通过调节EDTA的加入量,可在41～148nm范围内调控纳米颗粒的大小.在980nm红外激光器照射下,肉眼可观察到明亮的上转换荧光,对发光机理进行了探讨.     

PEG-PLA嵌段共聚物的合成及~(13)C NMR对平均链段长度的测定

本文报道聚乙二醇(PEG)在辛酸亚锡存在下与丙交酯(LA)反应合成PEG-PLA嵌段共聚物,用~(13)C NMR测定了共聚物的结构,估算了平均链段长度.实验结果表明,L_(PEG)在反应过程中保持不变,而L_(PLA)随反应时间和LA在原料配比中含量的增加而增加,呈逐步聚合反应特点.对聚合反应机理作了推测.     

RECOGNITION SEQUENCE SPECIFICITY OF SIGNAL PEPTIDASE I AND THE ROLE OF SIGNAL PEPTIDE IN SECRETION OF PROTEIN IN Bacillus subtilis

By recombinant DNA technology, the N-terminal of the β-protein encoding region of plasmid pUBHO is fused with the structure gene of α-amylase from Bacillus licheniformis. This gene fusion is called βAmy. It is able to transcribe and translate in phase. Protein fusion can be secreted into the medium mediated by β-signal peptide. The efficiency of secretion is about 10% of the synthesized pre-α-amylase. By comparing the secretion capacities and analysing the restriction sites on β-Amy genes and the molecular weights of the mature α-amylase secreted by B. subtilis harbouring different plasmids, it is indicated in vivo that the recognition and cleavage sequence for signal peptidase I of B. subtilis is Ala-Ala-Ala Ala. The results also indicate that the secretion of the α-amylase in B. subtilis is in accordance with the post-translational transportation mode.

APPLICATION OF MSW-X_α METHOD WITH OVERLAPPING ATOMIC-SPHERE TO IONIZATION POTENTIALS FOR SOME PLANAR ORGANIC MOLECULES

Application of multiple scattered-wave X_α method with overlapping atomic-sphere to ionization potentials is reported for benzene, pyridine, pyrazine, pyrrole and imidazole. The calculated results show that the orbital charges in the intersphere region are non-negative and the energy levels get improvements in orderings.     

A New Asterosaponin from the Starfish Culcita novaeguineae

A new asterosaponin named novaeguinoside A, along with a known saponin, asteronyl pentaglycoside sulfate, was isolated from the starfish Culcita novaeguineae. The new compound was identitied to be sodium 6α-O-{β-D-fucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-fucopyranosyl-(1→4)-[β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-[β-D-quinovopyranosyl}-5α-pregn-9(11)-en-20-one-3β-yl-sulfate by extensive spectral analysis and chemical evidence.     

Ce3(PO4)4在酸性溶液加热条件下化学形态转化及机理研究

磷酸高铈(Ce3(PO4)4)是一种难溶于水的化合物,本文测定磷酸高铈在常温pH=0.4的Ksp值为1~8×10-34,但在测定过程中发现Ce3(PO4)4的溶解度受温度变化的影响较大,尤其在50℃以上时,Ce3(PO4)4饱和溶液体系中的Ce4 、PO43-和pH值均变化异常。根据测得的Ce4 、PO43-浓度以及pH值,推断出50℃以上时Ce3(PO4)4转化为Ce(HPO4)2,并建立了相应的转化机理,测定出Ce(HPO4)2的Ksp为3~7×10-13。
